High-energy, team-focused environment Care for inpatient and outpatient procedures Collaborative approach to patient care and process improvement Work-life balance: Flexible scheduling and family-friendly hours What We're Looking For Education: Graduate of an accredited RN program Licensure: Current RN license (state or compact) Experience: PACU or ICU experience within the last 2 years (required) Certifications: BLS within 30 days of hire Additional unit-specific certifications as needed Physical Requirements: Ability to lift 50 lbs, prolonged standing/walking, and perform essential movements (grip, bend, kneel, squat).
