Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
* Assist in the transition of our GRC system. (support team by testing, performing QA, and creating new internal documents). * Support staff in the yearly operational risk assessment process by scheduling, attending and documenting meetings with business lines. * Assist in the quarterly Metric (KRI and KPI) assessment process. Obtain metric information from business line owners and complete detailed analysis on the results. * Expand Operational Risk reporting scope to include issue, policy and loss data tracking. | |
