CREDENTIALED TRAINER I Job Description Company Name Corporate Services Job Code S3026 Job Title Credentialed Trainer I Dept CC Department Name Section Name Reports To OSHA Classification Salary Grade FLSA Status Role Description The Credentialed Trainer is responsible for providing staff education on IT Information Technology applications to include Epic electronic health record software This staff education will be delivered virtually and in classroom Credentialed Trainers provide customer support answer customer hotlines assist with development of training materials and escalate issues as needed This position requires a commitment to work full time alongside training and other operational and IT professionals Qualifications Education Preferred Bachelor's degree Minimum Associate degree Work Experience Three or more years of related work experience with one year of Epic Electronic Health Record experience Complete knowledge of office procedures and MS Office Suite required Has trained up to 50 Classes in business or healthcare setting Licenses and Certifications Key Competencies flexibility demonstrating flexibility with respect to changing end user business needs Critical thinking the ability and willingness to see things in an open minded way and examine an idea or concept from as many angles as possible Dependability the ability and willingness to take ownership of work activities and ensure they are completed accurately efficiently and timely Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills and able to function effectively in a fast paced environment and meet deadlines Initiative the ability and willingness to recognize assignments or tasks that need to be completed to seek out additional assignments or tasks and to help others Interpersonal skills the ability to communicate information clearly and concisely with project leadership and subject matter experts;
