In this role, the candidate will work hands-on with complex in vitro models (organoids, co-cultures), focusing on model development, robust characterization, and establishing protocols for screening applications.

This internship position is located in South San Francisco, on-site.

The Opportunity

  • Develop and optimize robust organoid and co-culture models for screening applications.

  • Establish and execute protocols for scaling up complex cell culture models to meet high-throughput screening needs.

  • Characterize developed models using molecular and cellular techniques.

  • Generate single cell genomic data.

  • Communicate results effectively through laboratory meetings and a final poster presentation at the end of the summer.
