You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

* Consulting with stakeholders across the business to understand needs and translate them into technical solutions

* Seeking breakthrough ideas through creative application of existing and emerging technologies

* Supporting the legacy MES platform while standardizing and improving it for long-term scalability and efficiency

* Designing, developing, and supporting solutions leveraging .NET frameworks, Azure services, and modern integration patterns

* Deploying, maintaining, and optimizing cloud-based and on-prem solutions to ensure high availability for plant operations

* Collaborating with global teams to integrate systems and deliver value-added enhancements

Minimum Qualifications:

* Bachelor's degree in a related field with 5+ years of professional experience

* Strong proficiency in .NET (C#, ASP.NET), database design and access (Oracle, SQL Server)

Desired Skills and Experience:

* Experience with Azure services (App Services, Functions, Storage, Identity)

* Familiarity with modern development practices including CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC), APIs, and microservices architecture

* Ability to assess emerging technologies and apply them to solve business challenges

* Experience with testing frameworks and tools for .NET applications (e.g., NUnit/MSTest, Postman, Azure DevOps test plans)

* Working knowledge of secure coding standards and application security testing tools (e.g., Checkmarx)

* Strong collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex concepts

* Experience with Agile/Scrum, Design Thinking, and Lean principles

* Understanding of manufacturing processes and aligning technology with business goals

The starting annual base salary range for this position is $115,000 - $130,000. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Steelcase considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/training, key skills, internal peer equity, as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
