A Snapshot of Your Day (Essential Job Functions): Think of yourself as a Life Pathway Architect and Staff Champion! * Empowerment Enthusiast: You'll support and encourage individuals of all ages and abilities in making meaningful choices to determine their pathway in life. * Compliance Coordinator: You'll coordinate the delivery of habilitative services, making sure we stay compliant with all regulatory requirements (you're our internal superhero!). * Behavioral Trainer: Get ready to train our awesome staff in behavior modification and/or intervention techniques. * Program Pioneer: Manage the development of individual-centered programs and evaluate their effectiveness. * Records Rockstar: Document individuals' progress and keep records maintained like a pro. SCHEDULE: generally days, salaried, other hours to support the needs of the department as needed - Position office in Beatrice.
