We are seeking a Sales Director for our Tellepsen Family Downtown Y to lead corporate and membership sales growth in a competitive downtown market. This role is accountable for implementing sales strategies that close the deal, increasing revenue performance, and leading in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment. The ideal candidate is a driven, results-oriented sales leader with a proven record of exceeding targets and building corporate partnerships. This position offers acompetitive base salary with an aggressive, performance-based commission structure, designed to reward sustained growth and exceptional results-providing a clear opportunity for high earnings and visible career impact. The Sales Director is responsible forgenerating new corporate membership partnerships and driving revenue growth by proactively engaging businesses, housing communities, ISDs, government entities, and other organizational partners. This role focuses on prospecting, direct outreach, relationship development, and closing new partnerships, with a strong emphasis on in-person engagement. MATHEMATICAL SKILLS Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs. REASONING ABILITY Ability to apply commonsenseunderstanding to carry out instructionsfurnishedin written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
