Lead, coach,and motivatesalescenter associates - not from behind a desk - to keep/attainaWorld-Class sales center status by followingDirect Store Delivery (DSDE)bestpractices. Leverage databy embracingtechnology to developand execute sales planstowin as a team in the marketplace. Position Requirements: 3-5 years of related experience in customer relations or sales. At least 6 months experience leading and influencing others (A combination of training and experience that results indemonstratedcompetency to perform the work may be substituted). Computer skills andproficiency, specifically PowerPoint, Excel, and Wordrequired. Must have a valid driver's license with a safe driving record. Must be able toacquireandmaintaina DOT Medical card.
