Warehouse Part Coordinator

The Warehouse Parts Coordinator is responsible for the efficient and accurate management of all incoming and outgoing parts and equipment within the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory control, timely order fulfillment for service technicians and customers, and maintains an organized and safe warehouse environment in compliance with company and safety standards.Unloading incoming shipments, inspecting for damage & processing according to company policy.

  • Receive, inspect, unload, and check-in all incoming parts & shipments, verifying contents against packing slip, reporting any damages or discrepancies.
  • Prepare & package outgoing shipments using appropriate methods, ensuring all orders are accurate and meet carrier specification, being staged timely.
  • Coordinate with freight carriers to schedule pickups and deliveries and prepare all necessary shipping documents.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, including forklifts, pallet jacks & hand trucks, with forklift inspections on each day used.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment, adhering to all company safety protocols and OSHA guidelines.
  • Organize, store and stock parts & equipment in designated bins, racks & storage areas.
  • Manage & return parts processes, including receiving and evaluating items for warranty claims & restocking.
  • Perform regular cycle counts and physical inventories to reconcile discrepancies.
  • Process all returns (green tags and red tags), working with Technicians.
  • Perform any other duties assigned by manager(s).
  • Participate in and lead training for career development, safety and maintaining required certifications
  • Conduct and support client engagement activities to strengthen our relationships with our clients and increase our understanding of needs.

Education Requirements (Qualifications section):

  • High School diploma

Years of Experience (Qualifications section)

  • 3+ years of general warehouse experience required
  • 3+ years of experience operating a forklift

Systems (Qualifications section)

  • Proficient with Google and Microsoft office Suite products (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with Workday preferred or similar systems
  • Familiarity with ERP and/or CRM systems

Licensures/Training Requirements (Qualifications section)

  • Forklift Certification
  • OSHA 30

  • Ability to lift heavy items and stand for long periods, and move around a busy warehouse
  • Ability to interface with cross-functional teams and all levels of personnel/management
  • Problem solving skills, solid organization and time management skills
  • Able to work independently, managing multiple responsibilities

  • While performing the duties of this job, this position may require the individual to work rotating shifts assignments, weekends, holidays, and overtime as needed. Standby and on-call duty is required, and the individual must be able to respond to the facility within one hour. Some shifts will require working alone
  • Must have the ability to lift 50-60 pounds using Company provided equipment
  • Sitting for long periods of time (3-4 hours)
  • Working in front of computer screens for up to 8-10 hours.
  • Ability to climb stairs, ladders and work from heights

Travel (Qualifications section)

  • Ability/willingness for local travel.
  • On-call work and limited weekend travel or work may be required.

Safety/Drug Screening (Qualifications section)

  • Capability to pass background checks and initial drug screening
  • Valid driver's license
