Description We are seeking an on-site Desktop Support Technician to provide hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment. This role involves installing, configuring, and maintaining desktop computers, peripherals, and mobile RF devices for both production and office personnel. Responsibilities include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, managing Active Directory accounts, supporting network servers, industrial printers, and performing break/fix repairs. Candidates should have strong problem-solving skills, the ability to work under pressure, and excellent communication abilities. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lbs., climbing ladders up to 25 feet, and occasional stooping or crawling for network installations. Experience with Windows 10 and hardware inventory management is essential. Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract position based out of Tipp City, OH.
