GENERAL SUMMARY: The Associate Management Engineer, under supervision from Transformation Consulting Leaders, will perform project work aimed at improving system operations within the Digital Enablement Hub (DEH) focused on AI/Reimagine Work initiatives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: GENERAL SUMMARY The Associate Management Engineer, under supervision from Transformation Consulting Leaders, will perform project work aimed at improving system operations within the Digital Enablement Hub (DEH) focused on AI/Reimagine Work initiatives. PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: This position may work on clearly defined projects of limited scope or on more complex projects as part of a project team. Project work may include data collection/analysis, process observation/documentation, statistical analysis and other applied LEAN skills/methodologies for department staff and clients. The candidate will work cross-functionally with data scientists, AI software engineers, project leaders, and stakeholders to align metrics and KPIs. This position will be expected to prepare reports, presentations and recommendations for management and will assist with implementation whenever possible. The candidate should stay current on AI/database trends, tools, and technologies to enhance workflows. KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES REQUIRED: Must possess a Bachelors Degree or currently working toward a Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree PREFFERED QUALIFICATIONS Desire to learn more about the developing capabilities of AI Capable of automating data tasks and optimizing workflows with scripts and AI copilot tools. Experience in building interactive dashboards (Tableau, PowerBI) and AI-driven visualization platforms Experience managing intake requests and data-base management Intermediate to advanced excel skills Strong communication, stakeholder collaboration, critical thinking, and problem-solving to translate data into strategic insights to effectively interact with other staff members and clients.
