Who We Are
We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleUSTA Coaching, a rapidly growing division of the U.S. Tennis Association, is dedicated to shaping the future of coaching through innovative education, strategic partnerships, and dynamic events. As an intern, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple teams while supporting key national initiatives.
You will leave the program with meaningful connections, practical experience in brand building, and a strong understanding of how a national sports organization operates, positioning you for a wide range of future career pathways. As USTA Coaching continues to expand its events, business operations, education programs, membership initiatives, and coach engagement strategies, you will become an integral part of this exciting period of growth.
