We are Tennis! The USTA (United States Tennis Association) is the national governing body for the sport of tennis and the leader in promoting and developing the sport's growth on every level in the United States, from local communities to the crown jewel of the professional game, the US Open.

The RoleThe Technology Project Management Office (PMO) drives the successful execution of the organization's core digital and technology initiatives. As the central engine for coordination, governance, and delivery, we ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and aligned with strategic goals. Our mission is to accelerate digital transformation through excellence in program and project management.
This internship is designed for an enthusiastic and highly organized individual seeking hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of technology project management. You will contribute to real-world projects that support our core digital initiatives and gain meaningful exposure to our operations.
The PMO Intern will gain practical experience in the fundamentals of program and project management by supporting the team with critical, real-world responsibilities, including:
Project Coordination: Assist Program Managers in tracking deliverables, managing deadlines, and following up on action items across multiple concurrent technology projects.
