Position Title: Graduate & Undergraduate Recruiter Job Category: Academic Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Adm & Rctmt Coord II Job Duties: The Graduate and Undergraduate Recruiter is responsible for recruiting potential students to the MS Data Science & Applied Artificial Intelligence and BS Data Analytics programs within Academic Affairs. This professional will develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment plan, including: (1) developing and managing relationships with individual prospects utilizing appropriate sales, marketing, and client lead techniques (2) developing corporate/employer relationships; developing alumni relationships (3) coordinating and leading graduate and undergraduate recruitment events and (4) working with other units to cross-market services. The Graduate and Undergraduate Recruiter will establish and implement tracking systems to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment efforts and will analyze prospect and admissions data to further inform the process. Flexibility for scheduling early, late, and weekend work hours is required to accommodate programming needs. Graduate and Undergraduate Recruiter 75%

Department: This position is located in the Northwestern Mutual Data Science Institute (NMDSI) at the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, a collaborative initiative launched in 2018 between Northwestern Mutual, UWM, and Marquette University. Its mission is to position southeastern Wisconsin as a national hub for data science through interdisciplinary academic programs, research funding, and community engagement. NMDSI has supported the development of degrees such as an MS in Data Science and a BS in Data Analytics, while also offering grants and professional development opportunities for faculty and students. Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000/annually (Final salary offer will be determined based on qualifications and experience) Required Qualifications:
