Common Process Group (CPG): Two or more Stellantis parts that share a constraint/bottleneck within their manufacturing processor tiered suppliers.

Common Process Group Specialist: SCM subject matter experts in common process group creation, maintenance, and validation. Supports stakeholders in Supply Chain Management, Purchasing, Supplier Operations, and Suppliers.

Common Process Group Specialist Key Tasks:



  • Identification of Bottlenecks: Helps identify supplier manufacturing and tiered bottlenecks to understand capacity flexibility
  • Data Integrity: Ensures data inputs from suppliers are accurate and reflect shared constraints within the supplier's manufacturing process and tiered suppliers with all Stellantis parts to increase capacity flexibility
  • Training: Trains core Stellantis organizations (SCM, Purchasing, Supplier Operations) and suppliers how to use and understand CPGs

Basic Qualifications:



  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Logistics, Operations Management, or other closely related degree.
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong English written and oral communication skills including experience presenting information to large and diverse groups including upwards to Executives
  • Ability to think strategically and develop/improve processes
  • Self-directed


Preferred Qualifications:



  • Experience and understanding of STLA's product configuration, bill of material, forecasting, releasing and purchasing systems
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and Powerpoint knowledge
