Shift: Night Shift | 7:30 PM - 7:30 AM

• 2+ years of experience
• Strong leadership and motivational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Effective time management, organization, and multitasking
• Analytical problem-solving and decision-making
• Ability to build trust, teamwork, and accountability

Responsibilities:

• Goal Setting & Execution:Establish team goals, develop action plans, and set measurable deadlines to ensure consistent achievement of performance targets.
• Task & Workflow Management:Delegate assignments, track progress, balance workloads, and ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.
• Team Development & Coaching:Identify skill gaps, provide hands-on coaching, support training initiatives, and promote professional growth.
• Communication & Reporting:Communicate expectations clearly, gather and relay feedback, and prepare performance and status reports for leadership.
• Performance Management:Monitor individual and team performance, conduct evaluations, recognize achievements, and address performance concerns.
• Conflict Resolution:Proactively address issues, mediate conflicts, and foster a respectful, collaborative work environment.
• Operational Oversight:Oversee daily operations, ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
