Summary The I&S Global Fulfillment Director drives Global Supply Chain & Product Line Strategies, to obtain optimal performance, in HS&E, Cost, Profitability, Fulfillment, Delivery and Quality through Supply Chain execution. The I&S Global Fulfillment Director role, leads a team focused on supporting ISC Operations through processes, strategies and goals of both Manufacturing and Assembly Maintenance & Overhaul.

Responsibilities, authorities and accountabilities
- The Leader drives implementation and sustainment of:
- Reviewing HS&E incidents, collaborates and assists with Site HSE and Safety Monitors inclosing out corrective actions. Promotes an interdependent HSE culture and adheres to all safety requirements and procedures.
- Leading several manufacturing and/or AMO Plant(s). Plants consistent of severaldepartments and/or dispersed manufacturing and/or AMO departments.
- Ensuring each Plants production outputs exceeds defined targets in quality, cost,delivery, and safety.
- Responsible for the safety of all employees in the plant, inclusive but not limitedto collaboration with HSE representatives, observation reviews, hazard hunts, interaction and driving of HSE programs.
- Responsible to ensure product meets customer (internal or external)requirements.
- Handling operational requirements, achievable schedules are delivered withhighest Quality at optimal Cost.
- Drives implementation and monitor compliance with ISC Plant Standards andevaluate their effectiveness. Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify areas of improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including lean, HSE quality, materials, and management to develop and refine standards and provide ongoing support to teams and management in interpreting and applying operating standards.
- Identifies critical KPIs that align with business goals and objectives and implementoperation rhythms to analyze datasets to present trends, patterns, for continuous improvement. Present findings to stakeholders, including executives, plant managers and team members.
- Lead lean Strategy, aligned with ISC efficiency KPI's (such as lead-time reduction andthroughput). Foster a culture of continuous improvement through employee engagement, such as upskilling (through Lean training) & project execution.
- Leads interaction with Supply Chain Centre of Excellence and aligns ISC standards.
- Promotes a digital workplace environment where applicable. Strives for best-in-classefficiency in the chain, using Manufacturing & AMO Execution Systems to provide visibility for continuous improvement and enable standardization in operations.
- Enhances Quality performance measures, achieved through facilitation and adoptionof Internal Process Quality Assessments, and effective corrective action implementation and follow through.
- Develops & Instill a Planning & Execution framework for Plant Operations in order toexceed customer expectations by eliminating Work Center Constraints, ensuring accurate and current lead times, Aligns Schedules & Work MRP Expectations in order to achieve weekly schedules, whilst managing past due operations.
- Accountable for fulfilment of ISC Readiness Assessment requirements, relating to newproduct introduction gate reviews. The role will guide the technical team through the completion of the SCRA process and collaboration efforts with Engineering to ensure project risk mitigation, product reliability and optimization is achieved.
- Provides risk based support for the introduction of established products to new ISC and 3rd partyplants through a Technology Transfer Process.
- Ensures usage of the competency management system and supports the ISC
- Operations Career Framework. Identifies competency areas for development. Helps
- create an environment that offers better career opportunities for developing technicalexpertise.
- Drives Cost Improvement Opportunities through Engineered Solutions, Footprint
- Optimization, Operational Synergies & Process Improvement.
Required Qualifications - Have a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related
- field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Have minimum of 5-7 years of experience leading plants or equivalent experience.
- Have proven track record of success in implementing Lean/Continuous Improvement
- initiatives.
- Have knowledge of the disciplines of plant management such as production and
- inventory control, variable cost productivity, and fulfillment metrics, quality systems,
- cost systems, and procedures.
- Have Proven leadership skills.
- Be a Team player/builder and a driver of value-added results.
- Have In-depth knowledge of manufacturing operations, project planning, cost control and
- program management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability toinfluence others and interact effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Have Strong internal and external communication, and team-building skills.
- Be able to energize and develop all levels of the organization.
- Have experience in expanding plant sites preferred.
