This is an interview position. REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES Bachelor's degree/equivalent - Business, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Quantiative discipline Master's Degree or Equivalent (Preferred) - Business Administration 5 years business experience - Professional experience in industrial engineering, information system development, large project management and decision modelling (preferred) Knowledge of GTS regulatory processes, Call Centre environment, Sales Planning or Revenue Operations Capital planning/expense planning, forecasting, project management and systems design Communication Skills Analytical Skills Good interpersonal skills The ability to plan, prioritize, and organize their span of control effectively to meet the business objectives of the organization.
