As a Security Guard - Logistics Facility Patrol in Groveport, OH, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Logistics & Distribution, and more. As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal, you will help to deter security-related incidents by conducting routine patrols throughout a dynamic logistics and distribution location. What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, following site-specific policies, and responding to emergency situations as appropriate.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner to help maintain order within the location.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the logistics and distribution environment, including the business premises and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify potential concerns.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and/or other access points to help to deter unauthorized entry and report irregularities as needed.
• Document and report any security-related incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences according to Allied Universal protocols.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members to provide assistance and information as needed.
• Remain alert and attentive while performing patrols and/or other assigned duties within the logistics and distribution location.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
