As a Security Officer - Financial Dispatch Desk in Newark, DE, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Financial Institutions, and more. As a Dispatch Officer with Allied Universal at a leading financial institution, you will monitor and coordinate security-related activities, supporting a secure environment for clients, staff, and visitors. What You'll Do:

• Monitor and operate communication systems to dispatch security-related personnel and coordinate responses to incidents within the financial institution location.
• Receive, prioritize, and relay information regarding security-related incidents and/or emergencies to the appropriate personnel or authorities.
• Maintain detailed logs and records of all incoming calls, incidents, and dispatch activities in accordance with site-specific policies.
• Provide customer service by assisting clients, visitors, and employees with security-related inquiries and concerns.
• Respond promptly and calmly to incidents and critical situations, following established procedures and protocols.
• Support Allied Universal security-related procedures and site-specific policies, adapting to the unique requirements of a financial institution environment.
• Communicate clearly and professionally with team members, clients, and law enforcement as necessary during routine operations and/or emergencies.

Minimum Requirements:

• Three or more years of combined law enforcement, military, or security-related experience or a college degree is required.
• Proof of high school diploma or GED is required by the client.
• Applicants must be at least 21 years of age.
• A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
