Posting Summary	Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, is seeking a Visiting Researcher for the Neurosurgery department at the Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. The Department of Neurosurgery is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Visiting Researcher to join our team at the endovascular Division of Neurosurgery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in clinical research methodologies, data analysis, and excellent communication skills. This position offers the opportunity to contribute to cutting-edge research in endovascular neurological surgery. This individual will work under the supervision of Dr. Priyank Khandelwal. Among the key duties of this position are the following: Design and implement clinical research studies according to regulatory standards and guidelines. Analyze data using various research methodologies and statistical techniques. Prepare and present research findings to internal and external stakeholders. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including physicians, statisticians, and regulatory affairs professionals.

Qualifications

Minimum Education and Experience	Bachelor's degree required. Prior experience in clinical research, preferably in endovascular neurological clinical research.
Certifications/Licenses
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities	Proficiency in statistical analysis software (e.g., SPSS, SAS, R). Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills. Strong knowledge of participation in clinical trials.
Preferred Qualifications	MS, PhD, or MD is preferred. Prior experience with grant writing and project management is a plus.

Physical Demands and Work Environment	Physical Demands: Standing, sitting, walking, talking and hearing. No special vision requirements. Must be able to lift or exert force up to thirty (30) pounds. Lifting, when necessary, of file boxes and supplies Work Environment: Office. Moderate noise.
