Applications due by January 9, 2026 Pay: $80,000 - $83,000 Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm; hybrid work schedule (3 days in office; 2 days remote) Full-Time position is eligible for Medical, Dental, Vision, Short Term Disability, Life/Accidental Death and Dismemberment, Flexible Spending Accounts, Long Term Disability, and several voluntary supplemental benefit offerings. In addition, these positions are eligible for paid time off in the form of vacation, sick, holiday, floating holiday, jury duty, and bereavement leave. JOB SUMMARY: The Manager II, Community Engagement is a key role that connects retail team members, and community stakeholders to the mission, values, and goals of the organization. This individual will develop and manage internal communications to retail employees to strengthen their mission awareness, as well as lead external outreach efforts that build relationships with local communities and partners. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator, spokesperson, culture-builder, and community connector with a passion for mission-driven work. The Community Engagement Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to enhance the organization's visibility and engagement within local communities throughout Colorado. The Community Engagement Manager will work cross-functionally with the Customer Experience team, Retail Operations, Business Development team, Retail Store Management team, Community Programs team, and collaborate with external partners to bring community programs to life in-store and across marketing communication channels.
