Summary: We are seeking a Sales Operations Business Partner to support our sales organization. This role serves as a strategic advisor to sales leadership, driving operational efficiency, enabling data-driven decisions, and ensuring accurate forecasting and planning. The ideal candidate has a strong analytical background, excellent communication skills, and experience working in fast-paced SaaS environments. Responsibilities: Sales Forecasting & Pipeline Management Own the forecasting process for assigned sales teams, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company goals. Monitor pipeline health and provide insights on conversion rates, deal velocity, and risk factors. Revenue Planning & Analysis Develop financial models to support quota setting, territory planning, and revenue projections. Deliver scenario-based analysis to guide strategic decisions. Reporting & Insights Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs, trends, and performance metrics. Translate complex data into actionable insights for sales leadership. Process Optimization & Enablement Identify process gaps and implement best practices to improve efficiency and scalability. Partner with cross-functional teams (Finance, Marketing, Customer Success) to align GTM strategies. Executive Communication Prepare and present business reviews, forecasts, and recommendations to senior leadership. Demonstrate strong executive presence and influence across the organization. Qualifications: 5+ years in Sales Operations, Revenue Operations, or related analytical roles within SaaS. Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred). Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and planning platforms (Anaplan or similar). Advanced analytical and financial modeling capabilities. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
