To support the enrollment goals for UW-Parkside, we are searching for an admissions and recruitment coordinator. Qualified applicants will be plan, develop, coordinate, manage, and execute the recruitment and admissions process in alignment with the institution's strategic goals. The admissions and recruiting coordinator will also represent the institution to prospective students with a goal of attracting, admitting, and enrolling a talented, diverse student body. The person in this position may supervise staff and/or lead a program area.

Job Responsibilities

  • Counsels prospective and admitted students on educational planning and career opportunities

  • Reviews, evaluates, and responds to student applications according to established policies and procedures

  • Identifies opportunities for and develops admissions and outreach events

  • Schedules logistics and secures resources for events to promote the Institution

  • Evaluates program effectiveness and provides recommendations for improvement

  • Creates targeted communication plans and materials based on established goals

  • Delivers directed admissions program messaging to internal and external audiences

  • Identifies, promotes, and maintains internal and external partnerships focusing on outreach, recruitment, and admission

  • Engages in extensive outreach and recruitment events, representing the university to prospective students

  • May supervise staff and/or lead a program area

$45,000-$47,000/year, depending on qualifications

Education:

Bachelor's Degree from an accredited university
