Summary:

The Software Engineer is responsible for designing, developing, testing, and integrating both software applications and hardware components to support Victor Stanley's Relay initiatives. This role requires strong technical expertise across embedded systems, programming, and hardware design.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:



  • Embedded Systems Development

    • Design, develop, and optimize firmware and hardware for IoT-enabled products and smart systems.
    • Implement real-time operating systems, device drivers, and low-level control software.


  • Relay Product Development Advisor

    • Advise on architecture and technology choices for Relay solutions.
    • Collaborate with engineering and R&D teams to create prototypes and production-ready solutions.


  • Integration & Testing

    • Oversee hardware/software integration, performance tuning, and compliance with regulatory standards (FCC, UL, etc.).
    • Support quality assurance and certification processes.


  • Innovation & Mentorship

    • Provide technical guidance and training to internal teams on best practices for embedded design, compliance, testing, and certification processes.
    • Contribute to strategic discussions on connected products and smart city technologies.
