Position Title: Social Work Department Program Associate Job Category: University Staff Employment Type: Regular Job Profile: Administrative Assistant II Job Duties: This full-time University Staff ongoing position (Program Associate) provides administrative assistance to the Department of Social Work, i.e., both the Chair of the Department and the Directors of the Social Work Field Program. The Program Associate must exercise independence in performing job duties and have the ability to follow through on all assigned tasks. The Program Associate reports directly to the Department Chair and can work flexible hours, Monday through Friday. Department: The Helen Bader School of Social Welfare is comprised of the Department of Social Work and the Department of Criminal Justice & Criminology. The Department of Social Work is accredited by the Council on Social Work Education and offers a BSW in Social Work, a Master's in Social Work, and a PhD in Social Welfare. The Department forges strong collaborations across social service, child welfare, and health care community organizations in southeast Wisconsin and beyond. Compensation: Starting pay is expected to be between $24-26 per hour, negotiable based on relevant experience. Required Qualifications:
