Clinical Director - Forensic CONREP Program (#601) San Diego, CA Shifts Available Full-Time | Salaried Position Summary Under the direction of the Program Administrator, the Clinical Director provides clinical leadership, oversight, and supervision to multidisciplinary teams within Telecare's Forensic CONREP Program. This mid-level leadership role partners closely with the Administrator to ensure clinical excellence, regulatory compliance, quality improvement, and continuity of care for justice-involved individuals served in the community. The Clinical Director serves as the clinical authority for the program, establishes standards of care, supports staff development, and strengthens relationships with county partners and stakeholders. This role includes participation in a structured, scheduled on-call rotation, requiring timely response to program needs in accordance with operational protocols. Qualifications Required
All Telecare positions are contingent upon successful completion of post-offer requirements, including physical examination, tuberculosis screening, background clearance, excluded party sanctions, and degree/license verification. Positions requiring driving also require a valid driver's license, acceptable motor vehicle record, and proof of auto insurance. Compensation Expected starting wage range: Telecare applies geographic differentials to its pay ranges. Starting pay is based on experience, licensure, and qualifications above minimum requirements.
