Data Entry Associate

MES is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Associate to join our team on-site in Hauppauge, NY. This role is critical in ensuring accurate and timely processing of referrals and maintaining smooth communication with clients and internal teams.

Responsibilities may include:

• Enter referrals into the operating system accurately and efficiently.
• Verify information on company portals to ensure data integrity.
• Acknowledge referrals and provide timely updates to clients.
• Make reminder calls as needed.
• Confirm attendance for scheduled exams.
• Perform general office duties, including mailing and generating correspondences.
• Support additional administrative tasks as assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior clerical or administrative experience preferred
• Demonstrates strong multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment
• Willing and able to learn multiple roles to provide effective back-up coverage
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Comfortable using office equipment (scanner, copier, printer)
• Basic proficiency in email and document software (e.g., Microsoft Word, Outlook)
