Primary Duties 1. Leads the design, development, deployment, and ongoing support of integrated system solutions. Develops strategic multi-year solution roadmaps for cloud and on premise application technologies. 2. Collaborates with IT leaders and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive technology solutions. Conducts technical research and analysis of existing and proposed vendor solutions to optimize system performance and outcomes. 3. Maintains comprehensive application architecture models and documentation, detailing data flows and functional integration across on-premise and SaaS applications. Develops integration methods for systems that span organizational and functional boundaries. 4. Designs and implements enterprise-wide technical solutions, with a focus on business process-driven architecture. Understands and translates business requirements into specific systems, applications, and process designs that enable business process improvements. 5. Defines and drives end-to-end architecture supporting all areas of the business. Ensures architectural alignment with business objectives, company standards, industry best practices, and emerging technology trends. Identifies and evaluates emerging technologies that support and enhance business systems architecture. 6. Partners with stakeholders to build a comprehensive reference architecture and assess existing frameworks with a forward-looking perspective. Actively seeks opportunities to leverage existing tools and technology to further enable business functions. 7. Develops and monitors functional area budgets to ensure efficient utilization of resources. Plans and directs the achievement of area goals and objectives within established company policies. 8. Selects, develops, trains, motivates and evaluates the performance of assigned employees. Provides technical leadership to project managers and developers working on various project teams. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS Educational/Experience Level: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, MIS, Information Technology, Business or a closely related field and seven years of progressively responsible experience in computer programming and/or operating systems analysis; or equivalent. Communication Skills: Requires the ability to communicate, persuade and/or influence internal and/or external customers at a high level such as senior management on matters of a technical and/or complex nature. Numeric Skills: Requires the ability to perform analyses involving ratios, percentages and simple statistical methods. Computer Skills: Requires working knowledge of various software applications to create documents, reports and/or graphics. Physical Demands: Requires occasionally performing activities including, but not limited to, bending, stooping, grasping, reaching, twisting, turning and/or lifting.
