Global Talent Acquisition * Lead global recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-performing talent across multiple regions and business units. Talent Management & Development * Design and execute global talent management programs, including succession planning, career development, and leadership readiness. Strategic Workforce Planning * Forecast workforce needs based on business growth, operational priorities, and market trends. Analytics & Reporting * Use data-driven insights to measure program effectiveness and inform talent decisions. Leadership & Collaboration * Lead and mentor a global team of talent professionals. Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field; Master's preferred. * Global Strategic Thinking The base pay range for this position will be 158,000 to 200,000 annually. The exact pay will be determined by multiple factors unique to each individual, including years of experience, certifications, and the specific location of the job.
