As an Enrollment Specialist, you will champion customer outcomes through education, enrolling, and ongoing communication and use these experiences to create retention strategies. Your strengths in soft skills will foster trustworthy relationships and enhance our customers' experiences. In this role, you will be involved in consulting with and educating individual health insurance consumers, demonstrating Milliman's values at every touch point, and delivering proactive support and guidance leading to their success.

Qualifications:



  • Comfortable communicating with a variety of stakeholders including employees, client decision makers, insurance carriers, and brokers.
  • Health insurance industry experience in employee benefits and/or personal insurance is highly preferred.
  • 2+ years in Customer Success, Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role is a plus.
  • Current life & health insurance license or ability to obtain within a short timeframe.
  • Former Milliman interns may be preferred candidates.

Location

This position is based out of the Milliman office in Omaha, Nebraska, but candidates hired into this position may work remotely anywhere in the United States.

Salary

The salary range for this position is $54,900 - $85,100, depending on a combination of factors, including, but not limited to, education, relevant work experience, qualifications, skills, certifications, location, etc.
