POSITION SUMMARY: The Program Coordinator of Medical Education (CQI) works under the direction of the Academic Dean to implement strategy and support decision-making related to the school's academic affiliations, medical education CQI priorities, and adherence with accreditation requirements promulgated by the Liaison Committee on Medical Education (LCME). Position: SE- Program Coordinator, Medical Education (BMCAP) Department: Brighton Marine Support Schedule: Full Time ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES: Under the direction of the Academic Dean, the Coordinator will be responsible for the following:
Facilitate the distribution of training materials and coordinate the scheduling of the departmental and hospital wide presentations of the SEMC Academic Dean. Serve as Clerkship Coordinator for Neurology. Contribute to the development of relevant policies and procedures. PREFERRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE : 3 years of experience working with progressive responsibility preferred but not required. Prior experience within an academic healthcare or University setting is desirable. Compensation Range: $49,500.00- $71,500.00This range offers an estimate based on the minimum job qualifications. However, our approach to determining base pay is comprehensive, and a broad range of factors is considered when making an offer. This includes education, experience, skills, and certifications/licensures as they directly relate to position requirements; as well as business/organizational needs, internal equity, and market-competitiveness.
