The Senior Manager, Internal Communications and Change will work with firm leadership to help develop and bring the firm's internal communications strategy to life, crafting and coordinating high-impact messages, campaigns, and change management initiatives that strengthen understanding, connection, and culture across the organization.
This role serves as a key partner to firm leadership, departmental chiefs, and cross-functional teams, ensuring that strategic priorities are communicated clearly and that attorneys and business professionals are informed, inspired, and equipped to adopt change with confidence. Reporting to the Director of Operations Strategy & Innovation, the Senior Manager will combine creativity with operational excellence while developing communication plans, managing complex initiatives, and delivering compelling content that drives engagement across Winston's offices. With a deep understanding of organizational culture and transformation, this individual will help shape how the firm connects, communicates, and evolves, supporting an informed and forward-looking workplace. SALARY Illinois based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $150,000 - $180,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
New York based applicants only: The target annual salary range for this role is currently $160,000 - $200,000 based on a regular, full-time schedule. The amount of compensation offered will be determined by several factors, including but not limited to experience, qualifications, market data and internal equity. Total compensation includes a comprehensive healthcare benefits package, yearly retirement contribution, and may include an annual discretionary merit bonus.
