A day in the life:

Primary focus will be to service the existing business, operationally and financially, while maintaining relationships with existing customers and developing new business where possible.

Operate and control main freight elevators
• Coordinates loading and unloading of freight to ensure proper and reliable handling and delivery
• Provide general maintenance and elevator assistance
• Perform all tasks in a safe manner
• Communicate with supervisor, maintaining an open relationship
• Maintain a high level of customer service
• Performs routine maintenance tasks
• Respond to special requests throughout the day

• High School Diploma
• Minimum of (1) year commercial cleaning experience
• Strong communication skills
• Must be willing to work assigned hours
• Requires constant standing/walking; frequent lifting/carrying up to 35 pounds
