Claims Specialist Description of Specific duties in a typical workday for this position: OST Inc. is looking for an organized and proactive Claims Specialist to support our FEMA contract within our National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP) Claims Department. This remote position is integral to our claims team, focusing on managing the Prior Loss History Request process and providing operational support across the claims function.
