The Contribution You'll bring to this Role:

The Director of Commercial Systems will lead the design, delivery and ongoing roadmap of our commercial technology ecosystem: namely, CRM (Salesforce), CPQ (Salesforce CPQ), partner/distributor portals (Adobe Commerce) and their associated integrations. A top priority is launching a North America distributor portal in H1 2026, upgrading the EMEA portal in H2 2026, and setting the stage for a global partner portal. Concurrently, this role oversees sales and marketing automation via the portals and Salesforce stack.

This role will report to VP of IT, Business Technology Solutions and is ideal for a strategic thinker who can translate business and channel growth objectives into a technology roadmap and delivery plan.



  • Results-oriented leader comfortable with both vision and execution - you'll define strategy, build the roadmap in collaboration with business leaders, and lead delivery.


  • Strong partner/channel mindset - you understand how distributor/partner portals can accelerate channel sales, improve partner engagement, and drive revenue.


  • Technologist with deep understanding of CRM/CPQ, digital commerce (Adobe Commerce), and integrations - you can bridge business and IT.

What You'll Do at Justrite:

Platform & Portal Roadmap



  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for partner/distributor portals (Adobe Commerce-based) and CRM, CPQ.


  • Lead delivery of North America distributor portal: requirements, design, build, rollout, integration, change management.


  • Lead EMEA portal upgrade to match North America capabilities (multi-region, multi-currency/language, scalability).


  • Define longer-term vision for a global distributor portal covering all regions.


  • Partner with Sales, Marketing and Channel/Partner teams to shape user experience, quoting, order/contract workflows, partner analytics and digital engagement.


Commerce Integrations



  • Architect and oversee middleware/API solutions integrating Adobe Commerce portals, Salesforce CRM/CPQ, ERP and analytics/data warehouse environments.


  • Ensure data integrity: customer/partner master data, product/pricing catalog, quote/order pipeline, partner registrations/incentives.


  • Implement scalable, secure, cloud-native, API-first integration patterns to support globalization and growth.


  • Work with analytics teams to define and monitor key metrics: portal adoption, lead-to-quote, quote-to-order, partner revenue share, user engagement.


Sales and Marketing Automation



  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to automate workflows across portals and Salesforce.


  • Translate business requirements into roadmap items and measurable KPIs.


Leadership and Collaboration



  • Lead a high-performing team of portal/commerce specialists and business analysts.


  • Establish portfolio governance, lifecycle management, release planning, change control and vendor/partner oversight (system integrators, commerce specialists).


  • Communicate effectively with senior leadership and business stakeholders, convert business strategy into technology delivery and measurable business outcomes.


Your Skills and Expertise:

To ensure your success from day one in this role, Justrite requires the following qualifications at a minimum:



  • Bachelor's in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration or related (Master's preferred).


  • ~10+ years of IT leadership experience managing commercial systems (CRM, CPQ, portals) in a B2B setting.


  • Demonstrated experience with Adobe Commerce and Salesforce in a global context.


  • Proven experience implementing or managing partner/distributor portal solutions using Adobe Commerce (Magento) or equivalent digital commerce platforms.


  • Strong expertise in integration architecture and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, etc.).


  • Deep understanding of lead-to-order and quote-to-cash processes, partner/distributor models and digital commerce for channel operations.


  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication and leadership skills; global, cross-regional experience preferred.


Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:



  • Experience in multi-entity, distributed B2B manufacturing/distribution/industrial environment.


  • Certifications such as Salesforce Administrator/Platform/Architect, Adobe Commerce/Magento.


  • Proven track record of leading global rollout of portals and commercial systems.



Compensation:

The position offers a competitive base salary ranging from $150,000 to $180,000.

Actual base salaries will vary and may be above or below the recommended pay range based on factors such as but not limited to location, relevant experience and performance. Additionally, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan to enhance their overall total compensation package when Justrite Safety Group and their business units achieve annual business and financial targets.
