Brand Execution Manager

We are looking for hardworking, results-driven field sales representatives to support retail execution in high-priority markets. This role requires a working mentality-someone who thrives in the field, understands the retail environment, and can build strong relationships with store owners and staff. As a Brand Execution Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the launch of WellWithAll Products into select markets by sampling, securing new distribution, merchandising, and educating consumers in retail accounts in your sales territory. Responsibilities:

  • Be the local market expert for WellWithAll Products
  • Create brand awareness through trial (sampling) and educating consumers in retail stores, non-retail accounts and at select targeted events
  • Sell in new distribution of WellWithAll Products in retail accounts and manage current account relationships (primary role)
  • Merchandise in stores to support new and current distribution
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail account owners and managers within territory
  • Communicate frequently with WellWithAll Products team to ensure alignment on targeted accounts and ensure that the product is ordered and delivered in new accounts
  • Provide weekly recaps of the execution and results achieved
  • Provide market intelligence on local and regional competitive activities
  • Manage and reconcile market event inventory
  • Achieve and/or exceed monthly Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
  • Available to work 40+ hours per week and nights/weekends as needed

Ideal Candidate Traits

  • Strong Executor - Gets things done without excessive direction. Ensures WellWithAll products are stocked, displayed, and promoted properly
  • Self-Starter & Hustler - Takes ownership of their territory, actively looking for new opportunities such as flex placements and secondary displays
  • Retail Store Experience - Ideally has worked in beverage, or CPG sales, or has experience in merchandising, distribution, or route sales
  • Relationship Builder - Can connect with store owners, franchisees, and staff, earning trust and influence to drive WellWithAll's presence
  • Detail-Oriented & Persistent - Ensures stores are following through on commitments, merchandising materials are in place, and reorders happen on time
  • Physically Active - Comfortable driving a territory, visiting multiple stores daily, and managing POS materials and small displays
  • Comfortable with Reporting & Communication - Can provide updates, track store visits, and communicate wins and challenges effectively
  • Management - Ability to effectively manage a team of Brand Ambassadors, lead onsite and oversee scheduling and execution
  • Travel - Ability to travel multiple times throughout the year to new markets and larger-scale activations (up to 5 times throughout the year)

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
  • Access to reliable transportation within your territory is critical
  • Two or more years in field sales and previous brand ambassador management experience, preferably in beverage industry
  • Comfortable working independently with limited oversight but driven by clear goals
  • Self-starter, go getter attitude and flexibility to meet the demands of the market
  • Be to customarily and regularly visit retail accounts 90% of the time with the remaining 10% to be spent at your residence completing administrative tasks
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to make oral presentations to retail business owners and managers at their respective outlet
  • Ability to develop strategic plans and make sound decisions to grow the business
  • Track record of building and maintaining customer/client relationships and customer satisfaction
  • Flexible and adaptable; Impeccable time management skills
  • Strong computer skills and daily Internet access
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) proficiency

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities
* Serve as the market expert for a specific client or clients

* Build and maintain relationships in on-premise and off-premise accounts with owners and managers

* Drive Sales Growth - Selling new distributions of product, price features and displays

* Create Consumer Engagement -

* Execute product sampling events and promote band awareness at targeted retail locations and events.

* Support Merchadising efforts in stores to support new distribution

* Align with Distribution Partners - Communicate daily with distributor partners to ensure alignment on targeted accounts and ensuring

* Provide market intelligence on local activities

* Achieve and/or exceed monthly KPIs

Indirect Reports
- May delegate work of others and provide guidance, direction and mentoring to indirect reports

Minimum Qualifications The following are the minimum job-related qualifications which an individual needs in order to successfully perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the job

Education Level: (Required): Associate's Degree or equivalent experience

Field of Study/Area of Experience: Business
2-4 Years of experience in building and nurturing brands; private brand management a plus

Skills, Knowledge and Abilities
Self starter, entrepreneurial mind-set, proactive approach to problem-solving, go-getter attitude
Strong sales acumen, preferably with prior experience in liquor or consumer goods sales.
Relationship-building expertise with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent time and organizational management skills
Profiecient in MS Office and general computer skills

Environmental & Physical Requirements

Field / Reps Requirements
Incumbent must be able to perform the essential functions of the job. Work is performed in a retail in-store environment. Typically requires the ability to spend 66%+ hours each work day doing the following activities: engage in considerable physical activity, ability to lift and/or push up to 74 pounds, stand on feet for long periods of time, use products or cook food as appropriate for the demonstration, and may be required to work in extremely cold conditions (i.e. refrigerated and freezer sections). Also required to travel and drive. The use of proper safety practices when handling the products and/or cooking is essential.
