Duties And Responsibilities
  • Manage the full lifecycle of contracts, from proposal through closeout.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
  • Ensure compliance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), agency supplements, and company policies.
  • Support relationships with prime contractors, particularly those engaged in NASA programs.
  • Provide guidance on contract terms, risk assessment, and mitigation strategies.
  • Collaborate with program managers, finance, and legal teams to align contract execution with business objectives.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure timely deliverables, modifications, and reporting.
  • Develop processes to support commercial contracting, including NDAs, MSAs, and vendor agreements.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Law, or related field; advanced degree or certifications (e.g., NCMA CPCM) a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in contract management, with significant exposure to USG contracts.
  • Strong knowledge of FAR and DFARS; experience with NASA contracts highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage both government and commercial contracts.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Additional Information

This position is Hybrid - Remote and will require commuting to a designated office. Hybrid work schedules are determined by the hiring manager based on business need.
