Located in Augusta, GA our 84-bed facility provides a therapeutic setting for those seeking treatment for mental illness. Website: https://www.LighthouseCareCenters.com The Staffing Coordinator/ Scheduler opportunity is a key member of the Lighthouse Nursing Team who will collaborate with management to perform all scheduling needs for the department; ensuring that delivery of an effective, efficient scheduling process is consistent with the mission, vision, and values of Universal Health Services and in accordance with government regulation, licensing and accreditation requirements. The Staffing Coordinator/ Scheduler is responsible for comprehensive data entry, managment and revisions for nursing employees in the facilities' UKG Workforce system which manages schedules, time off, staffing incentives and department transfers.
