Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) - Occupational Health

Inova Health - Occupational Health is looking for a dedicated Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) to join the team. This role will be full time day shift from Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm.

Lead Outpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Job Responsibilities:

• Provides oversight of daily clinical operations, workflow, productivity and training to Outpatient clinical team members and updates management regarding any issues in the outpatient setting.
• Collaborates with healthcare team members, patients and families to maximize patient outcomes and to ensure patients are processed proficiently and expediently
• Serves as resource to team members and to provide training to improve team member competency and enhance level of service
• Participates in quality improvement initiatives and reviews and shares any performance deficiencies with management

Minimum Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's Degree in Nursing

• Licensure: RN licensed in the Commonwealth of Virginia as a Registered Nurse.

• Experience: 3 years of registered nurse clinical experience.

• Certification: BLS from the American Heart Association.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Occupational Health, including Worker's Compensation, OSHA, Vaccination programs

• Previous Leadership Experience

• Training and Education Experience
