Job Description

Areas of responsibility would include, but not limited to

1) Clean and sanitize break rooms and restrooms

2) Clean offices

3) Clean warehouses

4) Assist Groundskeeper/Handyman with outside break areas and outside smoking areas at all 3 buildings.

5) Emptying of trash receptacles

6) Sweeping of general and entry areas

7) And any other janitorial upkeep of assigned areas and other duties as assigned by responsible parties.

  • Ability to read and write in English
  • Ability to communicate deficiencies
  • Ability to perform janitorial tasks in accordance with ISO/SQF guidelines
  • Able to perform manual labor tasks as assigned
  • Work In a safe manner in accordance to federal and company policies
  • Able to follow federal and company policies and procedures
  • Proven ability to work as a team
  • Ability to be self-motivated and work with minimal supervision
  • Ability to clean a wide range of areas, both inside and outside of buildings
  • Attend department and plant meetings and training
  • Ability to lift 35 lbs.
  • Ability to work from heights, including ascending/descending ladders
  • Ability to wear all provided personal protective equipment
  • Ability to work in high noise environment

This position is for 3rd Shift! The hours would be 11:00pm-7:30am. Starting pay is $18.50/hr
