Hi, I'm Kevin, looking for a Summer 2026 Business Intelligence Intern. Who Am I? Self-driven individual that enjoys business research and is eager to learn new subject matter to help define key drivers required to develop solutions to complex business problems. What Do We Do? Business Unit: Business Intelligence Business Intelligence team supports the analytics and long-range business demand forecast to ensure Carpenter is properly positioned to realize strong growth across the entire business portfolio well into the future. Ongoing Projects Business Intelligence supports Commercial Sales and End-Use Market teams with external market forecast and internal product portfolio performance metrics. We also ensure seamless communication and data and financial alignment of planned activity across Carpenters Operations, Engineering and Finance teams. Your Role as an Intern You will be a part of a dynamic team, supporting the following tasks:

What Do We Require? You must be:
Pay Range Hourly rates are based on: 1 - Program of study; 2 - Degree type (i.e., Bachelor's); 3 - Progression in degree (i.e., 1st year, 2nd year, etc.). The range for this position is $19.50 - $22 per hour for undergraduate interns and $30.00 - $35.00 for graduate interns. Commuting/Housing Assistance (If Eligible) Interns who must commute to work from outside the immediate Reading, PA area (over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of $2,400 (less applicable taxes) as excessive commute allowance. Interns who choose to temporarily relocate from outside the immediate Reading, PA area (moving over 50 miles one-way), will be paid a one-time lump sum payment of $4,800 (less applicable taxes) as a housing allowance. If applicable, this payment would be made during the first payroll cycle, which would be three or four weeks following the internship start date.
