SUMMARY The Facilities Coordinator will work with the Maintenance Coordinators, Maintenance Planners, Sr. Maintenance Craft Personnel and Production personnel to execute assigned tasks. They will play a critical role in ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and safety of the facility by coordinating job timelines, PM schedules, inspections, upgrades, repairs to the facility and plant assets. They will communicate with outside vendors and coordinate between internal customers and contractors. The position will schedule, obtaining quotes, entering requisitions, and distribute work orders to appropriate team members, ensuring safety guidelines are being met as well as observing cost efficiency throughout. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned, including but not limited to housekeeping and cross training. Responsibilities also include attention to safety according to specific training and safety rules.
