Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay Rate: $17 per hour

As a Retail Customer Service Clerk, you'll be the go-to contact for customers and internal teams. Your responsibilities will include:

• Responding to customer service inquiries via fax, email, and voicemail
• Processing returns and maintenance orders
• Generating reports and collaborating with sales representatives
• Performing various call center-related tasks

What We're Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of customer service and/or administrative experience
• Strong digital literacy and comfort working with computers
