Intercollegiate Athletics Job Description
The University of Missouri Department of Athletics is seeking a Tight Ends Coach to coach, develop, and manage all aspects of the tight ends position for its nationally ranked NCAA Division I Football Program. Reporting to the Head Football Coach and working closely with the Offensive Coordinator, the Tight Ends Coach will be responsible for on-field instruction, player development, game preparation, recruiting, and evaluation of student-athletes at the tight end position. This role will collaborate with offensive staff, strength and conditioning, recruiting, and analytics personnel to maximize player performance, versatility, and competitive advantage within the offensive system. Key Responsibilities 1. Position Coaching and Player Development (35%)
2. Offensive Game Planning and Execution (25%)
3. Film Study, Evaluation, and Analytics (20%)
4. Practice Planning and Operational Support (15%)
5. Recruiting, Compliance, and Collaboration (5%)
Shift
Monday-Friday 8:00am-5:00pm; Nights, Weekends, and Travel as required. Minimum Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in related/ relevant area or an equivalent combination of education and experience and at least 3 years of experience from which comparable knowledge and skills can be acquired is necessary Preferred Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications: Prior experience in a NCAA Division I football program. Anticipated Hiring Range
