Primary Purpose

We'reseeking a Senior Director of Product Management to own and evolve our corporate website as a growth platform serving working families (consumer), retailand B2Bleads. You willwork closely with brand, performanceand customer experiencetodefine themulti-audience strategy and roadmap, deliver measurable outcomes across the full funnel (awareness engagement conversion), and orchestrate cross-functional teams (Product,Marketing, Customer Experience,Design,Engineering, Content, Compliance) to create aconsumercentric,self-serve, and proactive digital experience.

You are a datadriven product leader withexpertisein CRO, SEO, site personalization, accessibility, analytics, andMarTech/CMS ecosystems, capable of balancing brand, performance, and enterprise requirements.

You willuse yourexpertiseto help drivetheproduct strategy and roadmap to ensuredelivery of world-classexperiences,ensuring business results of revenueand consumergrowth, profitability,retention, and client satisfaction.You will enhance user experienceand efficiency by developingtheabilityto rapidly deliver enhancements and assess and deploynew solutionsand services.Finally, you willassess andplan forrisks and opportunities including competition, growth and scalability, and evolving customer expectations.

This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week onsite at our headquarters in Newton, MA.

Essential Functions/Responsibilities

  • Take a leadership role in defining the product vision and strategyfor the corporate website across multi-audiences
  • Work closely with CX and UX to define audiencespecific journeys, value propositions, and content architectures; prioritize a unified roadmap that balances shortterm growth with longterm platform scalability.
  • Partner with Content/Brand to develop rolebased narratives and thought leadership that moves visitors from insight to action.
  • Collaborate withMarketingand Analyticson campaigns, messaging, and measurement.
  • Work withPerformance and Engineering teams on SEOstrategy (technical, onpage, content) and site health (core web vitals, crawl/indexing, schema)for both traditional SEO and AIO/AEO.
  • Own CRO: experimentation roadmap (A/B, multivariate), landing page optimization, forms, funnel instrumentation.
  • Partner with Engineering for site reliability, performance, andscalability.
  • Champion user researchand translate insights into roadmaps.
  • Lead Product Management team, which includes a team of 3-4 high performing product managers and analysts.
  • Exemplify and foster the Bright Horizons culture and the HEART Principles both internally and externally.
  • Hire, manage performance of, train, coach, develop and promote team members.
  • Set goals andobjectivesfor teams that align with the overall goals andobjectivesofEdAssistand Bright Horizons.
  • Contribute to request for proposals (RFPs)
  • Evaluate and manage third-party vendor and partnerrelationshipsas necessary.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 10+years of Product Management experience
  • 5+yearsseniorleadership experiencewith direct management experience ofthreeperson or larger teams
  • 5 years of practical experience of product development lifecycle and Agile methodology
  • 5 years of experience with SEO/ AEO, CRO, analytics and CMS systems

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree
  • Demonstrated ability to align brand and performance marketing with product strategy
  • Excellent communication, stakeholdermanagementand executive storytelling skills.
  • Goal-oriented, must be able todemonstratesuccessmeetingand exceeding businessobjectives.
  • Proven success in driving multi-audienceweb experiences
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to use data to spot and address risks and opportunities.
  • Knowledge and practical experience of mobile product development, including iOS and Android
  • Ability to align key stakeholders toward a common goal, driveresultsandfacilitatechange.
  • Experience negotiating with vendors and ability to manage external relationships.
  • Self-starter withabilityto drive decisions and lead projects from start to finish.
  • Exceptional decision-making, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to build andmaintainbusiness relationships across all organizational levels,i.e.peers, vendors, clients.
  • Adaptability to work in a fast-paced and constantly changing environment.

Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is $165,000-$205,000. The pay range listed here is what Bright Horizons in good faith anticipates offering for this job opening. Actual compensation offers within this range will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education and training, certifications, geography, and other relevant business or organizational factors.

This position is also eligible for a bonus and RSUs.
