Our Opening and Your Responsibilities The Service Tele Sales Representative is responsible for selling and promoting our services over the phone to the pre-identified potential customers in a specific geographic area. The successful candidate builds and maintains strong relationships with customers, works collaboratively with internal teams, and meets or exceeds sales targets. Responsibilities Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns, referrals, and other sources. Build rapport and establish a relationship with customers through active listening and effective communication. Effectively communicate the value of our services and answer customer questions and objections, utilizing our group tools such as SET. Accurately record customer information and sales activity in the CRM system Meet or exceed sales targets by maintaining a high level of productivity and quality. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and service delivery excellence. Continuously improve sales skills and product knowledge through training and professional development Adhere to company policies, procedures, and ethical standards.
