Infotech is seeking a Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist to serve as a critical executor in the daily administration and data integrity of our key revenue technology platforms.

What you'll do

As our Sr. Revenue Operations Specialist, you will be the primary administrator for our Salesforce (CRM) and HubSpot (Marketing Automation) platforms. You'll manage system configurations, integrations, and user support, ensuring a seamless data flow across our revenue tech stack. You will also act as a dedicated data steward, maintaining high standards for data hygiene and governance while building the reports and dashboards that drive our Sales and Marketing leadership.

You will:



  • System Ownership: Serve as the primary daily administrator and operator for key revenue platforms, including Salesforce (CRM) and HubSpot (Marketing Automation).
  • Maintenance & Configuration: Manage user access, security, profiles, custom objects, fields, validation rules, workflow rules, process builders, flows, and other configuration elements in Salesforce and HubSpot.
  • Integration Management: Create, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the connections and data flow between Salesforce, HubSpot, and other connected tools (e.g., Outreach, Redshift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n, Citylitics, Clay, etc.).
  • User Support: Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support for end-users across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, addressing technical issues and system access requests.
  • Data Hygiene: Act as the data steward, responsible for the execution and maintenance of ongoing data hygiene programs (e.g., deduplication, standardization, enrichment, validation).
  • Report Generation: Execute and maintain standard and ad-hoc reporting requests across Salesforce and HubSpot for stakeholders in Sales, Marketing, and Leadership.
  • Documentation: Own and manage the central repository for all revenue process documentation (e.g., Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), system field definitions, training guides).


QUALIFICATIONS

You must have

A Bachelor's degree in a related field and 2 years of relevant experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

We'd like you to have



  • 2+ years of experience doing technology administration, data stewardship, and reporting execution.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and integrity.
  • The ability to manage multiple priorities and complex tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong proficiency in translating business needs into technical requirements.
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills.


Technical skills we'd like you to have



  • Demonstrable expertise as a primary administrator of Salesforce (Salesforce Administrator Certification strongly preferred).
  • Strong working knowledge of HubSpot (preferably certified in Marketing Hub).
  • Experience with integrated tech stacks (e.g., Outreach, Redshift, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, n8n, etc.) and a solid understanding of data flow principles.

Other requirements

This position requires up to 10% travel to Infotech's Gainesville headquarters as needed.
