**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and strategic individual to manage and elevate our integrated marketing campaigns. This is an exciting opportunity to lead the day-to-day execution of complex marketing initiatives, working collaboratively with senior leadership, channel experts, and project managers. You will be at the heart of developing compelling narratives and ensuring our marketing efforts resonate powerfully, delivering measurable results and fostering strong connections with our audiences.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Lead the daily execution of integrated marketing campaigns across all channels, including content, digital, field, website publishing, and paid media.

* Translate business objectives into effective marketing strategies, ensuring campaign alignment and impact.

* Provide insightful and constructive feedback on creative assets, ensuring they meet strategic goals.

* Collaborate closely with Project Managers to manage campaign budgets and timelines efficiently.

* Guide and support team members in implementing integrated marketing plans to achieve successful outcomes.

* Develop and oversee comprehensive project plans, including detailed timelines and budget parameters.

* Generate actionable insights for the creative team, enhancing campaign effectiveness.

* Ensure clear and consistent communication across all team members, summarizing campaign activities effectively.

* Act as a primary point of contact for routine project stakeholders, fostering clear communication and successful project delivery.

* Establish and maintain a regular communication cadence with all project stakeholders and colleagues.

* Ensure appropriate cross-functional stakeholders are engaged from project initiation through completion.

* Offer guidance and input to colleagues on specific projects as needed.

* Oversee and manage the daily workflow of all assigned marketing projects.

**Must-Have Qualifications**

* A Bachelor's degree is required.

* 4+ years of professional experience in advertising or marketing, with a preference for agency or in-house agency backgrounds.

* Demonstrated strong account management skills and practical knowledge of project management principles.

* Comprehensive understanding of 360 marketing campaign deliverables, including:

- Digital marketing (email, banner ads, online video)

- Creative development processes

- Video production

- Social media strategies

- Development of sales collateral (e.g., sell sheets, flyers)

* Proficiency in Workfront, Excel, and PowerPoint.

* Proven ability to collaborate effectively with multiple stakeholders on marketing campaigns and creative development.

* Exceptional capability to prioritize tasks and manage a large volume of projects simultaneously.

* Strong track record of building robust internal team and client relationships, coupled with a collaborative team-player attitude.

* Solid customer service skills.

* Adept at resolving conflicts constructively and productively.

* Outstanding organizational abilities with meticulous attention to detail.

* Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

* A proactive approach, demonstrating initiative and a "can-do" attitude to achieve objectives.

* Experience working effectively within a matrix organization.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $36 to $40. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
