Job Summary

• RWJBH is seeking a Per diem Advanced Practice Provider for the Neurosurgery department at the New Brunswick campus,

Essential Functions

• This role includes rounding, evaluation and providing care plans as developed with attending neurosurgeons
• There is also invasive bedside procedure as a part of this role
• Must be comfortable working to the full extent of licensure

Education

• Advanced Practice Nurses must be certified in Family due the pediatric population seen on this service
• Physician Assistants must be a graduate from an accredited PA program

Experience

• Ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of inpatient or acute patient care experience in neurosurgery with a desire for acute inpatient work
• NP candidates must be FNP certified with acute care experience due to the pediatric population on the service,
